About the Tutor

Otis' career as an educator began as a classroom teacher in Jamaica.   He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from the University  of the West Indies.  He also holds a Master of School Administration Add-on-Licensure from University of North Carolina, Wilmington.   He is currently a doctoral student at the University of North Dakota.   Otis has taught at various public schools in North Carolina for five years as well as in Washington D. C.  He is currently a teacher at an elementary school in Maryland.
